When you are reaching busy a long-term goal, do you have difficulty maintaining your sense of enjoyment? Does your life seem to get to play so many different roles that it is almost impossible to stay focused on a project for a long time?

When our attention is too thin, it is difficult to maintain motivation in the long run. Projects that are passionate about continuing to be pushed into the background and end up having much, much more than I thought they would.

How can we keep our enthusiasm and keep our attention with so many distractions? What steps can we take to regain control of our program? How can we achieve a greater sense of pleasure in our daily routine?

1. The value of simplicity. The simplest things are less distracted as we are. This means that we must interrupt our environment and our minds. For some reason, physical, mental, and emotional searches seem to accumulate. So we end up moving from one demanding situation to another without any real sense of enjoyment or satisfaction. To calm the mind and restore a sense of order in our lives, we must value simplicity.

2. Experiment with your activities. How often do you do something and think of another? How can we find pleasure in anything if our attention is elsewhere? If we do not take the time to be in the moment, can we say that we really live our lives? Even the most mundane activities can be enjoyable if we stay focused on the actual experience. In this world stimulated, unbalanced and hectic, simple activities fully experienced can be fun if we allow it.

3. Enjoy the little things. The next time you eat a piece of fruit or enjoy a cup of coffee or tea, just enjoy it. Wrap your way around and enjoy the experience. When we pour our food and hurry on what comes next, we pray to rejoice. Our sense of smell and taste are connected to our marina center brain. When you enjoy what goes into your body, you tend to eat less and enjoy more.

4. Add variety to your routine. Do not be afraid to try something new. It could be something as simple as taking a different route to work or as complex as learning to play a musical instrument. Instead of turning on the TV after dinner, try a walk in the afternoon air. Now is an excellent time to do something you’ve always wanted to do, but you’ve never been able to do it, because one day it may never come.
